Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information LexRemote collects when you visit lexremote.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, write to us at info@lexremote.com.
Information you give us
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your firm, your email address, your phone number and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
When you book a consultation, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Information collected automatically
To understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising, we use the following tools, which may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:
- Google Tag Manager, which loads the tools below.
- Google Analytics, to measure visits and how the site is used.
- Google Ads, to measure which of our ads lead to messages and booked calls.
- Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure and improve our advertising on LinkedIn.
These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit.
If you reach the site from one of our ads or from a link that names a campaign, we keep the ad click identifier and the campaign details (such as its source and name) in a cookie called lr_attrib for 90 days. They are added to your contact form message or your Calendly booking, so we know which campaign brought you to us.
Advertising measurement
When you send the contact form or book a call, we share your email address, and your phone number if you gave it, with Google in hashed form, a one-way code that does not reveal them. Google uses it to match your inquiry to a click on our ads. Google calls this enhanced conversions.
If your inquiry later becomes a qualified lead or a client, we may report that to Google Ads together with the ad click identifier, to learn which ads work. We never share the content of your messages or your booking answers.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and consultation requests.
- To provide and improve our services and this website.
- To measure the performance of our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to info@lexremote.com.
Security and retention
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to you and to provide our services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
